The staff was pleasant, courteous and helpful. Dr. Bartels was as kind and patient as always and didn't seem to mind taking a few extra minutes to answer my questions and concerns. I cannot think of anything they could have done to make my appointment a better one.

The day of my visit the eyeglass area was a very busy place. The staff had to greet each incoming client and still keep the present customer happy. I was amazed at how quickly my service was handled. I left with a smile.

The Dr and the staff are always amazing and I have a large family and they always do what they can so we can all come in together, office always makes you feel like family

Dr. Bartels is awesome, but his staff is AMAZING!! From the receptionist who you see first, to the girls who you see as you get fitted for frames and glasses last, they are SO helpful. I appreciated the girls helping me pick my frames, as that gives me so much anxiety! They gave me a few minutes to look but saw my anxiety and where right there to help me. I appreciated their honesty more than they realize! ALWAYS a pleasant visit! :)

I was a walk in and was prepared to sit and wait an hour or two. Instead, I was seen almost immediately! Everyone from reception to check out was extremely professional and so pleasant. I also called twice about being a walk in and both times the call was taken and I felt like the person on the other end was smiling. Fantastic Experience!
